This website is more a legacy project than anything else. I write this at age 78, with full knowledge that my mind and soul are still highly functional, but my body is succumbing to entropy, as all bodies do. I’m the happiest, most successful man in the world in know (by my value system). I’m physically pretty healthy for a man my age, though I don’t deserve to be. .I've developed techniques based on my personality that help people change for the better as quickly, efficiently, and painlessly as possible. My ways of helping clients require me to understand how they think, compare it to the reality I see, and discuss the differences. After practicing as a clinical psychologist in rural Vermont for 36 years, I'm now a Life Coach offering short term interventions to help solve minor or major emotional problems. I have lots of experience connecting with resources & professionals for legal or medical needs. I don't bill insurance. To me confidentiality is a high priority. I'm a professional friend.

I have been called the most flexible for developing individualized treatments that work. I've worked in many mental hospitals, jails, schools, clinics, and people's homes, as well as the office I've owned for 33 years. I specialize in improving the way people think about themselves and others. Contact frequency is determined by client need & outcome desired.

I believe there's no part of anybody that isn't a part of me. My idols are Theodore Sturgeon (sci-fi writer who believed if everyone could get inside everyone else's heads, there would be no wars) and Milton Erickson (psychiatrist who believed everyone can do better if they are taught better ways to think by someone who knows how to rewire brains and minds).
